Founder & Coach
MICHAEL BIETERMAN
Michael Bieterman is a former collegiate catcher and current baseball coach who serves as the owner and head coach of the Biety's Bandits Baseball Organization. He previously played college baseball at Heartland Community College, Abilene Christian University, and Robert Morris University.
Following his playing career, Bieterman transitioned into coaching at the travel club, high school, and college levels, focusing heavily on youth development, catching mechanics, and offensive approach.

JOSH MILLER
Coach Miller is one of our senior coaches and has been with the Bandits program since its inception. A relational leader, Coach Miller prioritizes a faith‑forward, developmental approach, investing deeply in the growth of each player he works with both on and off the field of competition.

He brings a wealth of experience having played, coached, and recruited from the High School levels through the NCAA Division I ranks.
He understands the ins and outs of the baseball world.
In addition to his on‑field pedigree, Coach Miller is a Licensed Mental Performance Coach (LMPC) with a background in Sports Psychology, and currently serves as the Head Varsity Baseball Coach at Central Catholic High School in Bloomington, Illinois.

KEVIN CRONIN
Kevin Cronin is dedicated to helping athletes develop their skills, confidence, and understanding of the game. A graduate of Robert Morris University–Illinois with a degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, he brings a strong foundation in biomechanics, human movement, and athletic performance to his coaching approach. His focus is on building sound fundamentals, promoting player development, and creating a positive, competitive environment where athletes can reach their potential.

In addition to coaching, Kevin has served as an Operations Coordinator and Scout for Prep Baseball Report (PBR), the nation's leading source for amateur baseball scouting and coverage. Through evaluating players and utilizing technologies such as TrackMan, Blast Motion, and Edgertronic, he provides athletes with valuable insight into their development and performance. His unique blend of coaching, scouting, and sports science experience helps players grow both on and off the field.

LUCAS ANSON
Lucas Anson is a graduate of Fieldcrest High School and a member of the 2026 recruiting class who will continue his baseball career at Monmouth College. As a recent high school standout and future collegiate athlete, Lucas brings firsthand knowledge of what it takes to compete at the varsity level and successfully make the transition to college baseball.

Lucas is passionate about helping players develop both on and off the field. He focuses on teaching the fundamentals of the game, building confidence, and sharing the lessons he has learned throughout his baseball journey. His goal is to help every athlete become the best version of themselves—not only as a player, but as a person.

BRUCE HAAS
Bruce Haas is passionate about helping young athletes grow as players, teammates, and individuals. He believes success starts with hard work, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement. His goal is to create a positive and competitive environment where players develop confidence, strong fundamentals, and a love for the game.

Dedicated to teaching the game the right way, Coach Haas focuses on player development both on and off the field. He takes pride in helping athletes reach their full potential while building the character, leadership, and work ethic that will serve them long after their baseball careers are over.

BENNETT SUMMERS
Bennett Summers is committed to helping athletes develop the skills, mindset, and character needed to succeed both in baseball and in life. He emphasizes discipline, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, encouraging players to compete with confidence while continually striving to improve.
With a player-first approach, Coach Summers focuses on creating an environment where athletes are challenged, supported, and motivated to reach their goals. He believes the lessons learned through baseball—leadership, perseverance, and accountability—extend far beyond the field and help shape successful young adults.
